You can pause, rewind, or return to the video at any time.

Step 2: Complete the printable handout

This session includes a printable handout. These are intended to be filled in during the session or afterward and include practical activities, reflection questions, and useful information connected to that session.
If possible, printing the handout and writing on it can help the learning sink in more deeply.

Using the Journal

When you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a 21-Day Journal.
You can choose to start the journal as soon as it arrives, or after you’ve completed the program — both options are fine.

For best results, it’s recommended that you:

  • complete the journal daily for 21 days in a row

  • spend a few quiet minutes reflecting honestly

  • focus on consistency, not perfection
