A structured 6-week transition-to-adulthood program designed for senior students preparing for increased independence.

The program strengthens practical life skills alongside emotional regulation, decision-making and personal responsibility — supporting young people to navigate adulthood with confidence and stability.

• Practical financial literacy, budgeting,and employment readiness skills
• Communication, boundaries and relationship responsibility
• Goal planning and future-focused decision-making
• Applied learning through roleplays, real-life scenarios and guided reflection
• Guest speakers and community perspectives where appropriate
